Dr Andrew Ziepe is Duncraig Village Dental’s lead dentist and founder. After graduating from the University of Western Australia in 1991, Dr Ziepe began his career in regional WA before moving to the UK to further his skills. After 12 months in the UK, Andrew returned to Australia where he was the Head of Unit at Dental Health Services in Warwick. In 1996, Dr Ziepe established Duncraig Village Dental where he has been the lead clinician.
Andrew is a people person who enjoys developing relationships with new patients. Dr Ziepe has always been intrigued by the technical aspects of dentistry. He has a keen interest in crowns & bridges, implant dentistry and all things CEREC. He is also passionate about orthdontic work completing his Post Grad Diploma in Digital Orthodontics (UK) in 2019.
Even as an experienced dentist, Dr Ziepe recognises the need to constantly learn in the dental industry. He constantly seeks opportunities to attend clinical courses with plans to advance his skills in orthodontics and sleep dentistry in the future. He also has a love for technology and enjoys learning new techniques with new dental tech.
Away from Duncraig Village Dental, Andrew spends most of his time with his family or watching his beloved West Coast Eagles play. Dr Ziepe also loves adventuring in the great outdoors and game fishing. He has even represented Australia at the World Championships of Game Fishing in Mexico.

DR KIERAN CHEW
Dr Kieran Chew, established the East Perth Dental Centre alongside his mum and principal dentist Dr Judy Westerhout in 1999. Dr Chew graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science and was the recipient of the GD Henderson prize in Oral Surgery. In late 2019, Dr Chew also joined the team at Duncraig Village Dental to work across the two Perth based practices.
Dr Chew is dedicated to offering his patients comprehensive dental care in a calm environment with the option of in-house sedation and relaxtion techniques. He also continually pursues innovative training in Australia and overseas to ensure he provides the most advanced care possible to his patients. Some of his additional studies include:

In his free time, Dr Chew takes part in mission work, providing underprivileged children with dental care. During 2012-2015 he was a mission leader and traveled frequently to Vietnam and Cambodia where he provided oral health services to the local communities. When he isn't partaking in volunteer work he enjoys surfing, playing the guitar, rock climbing and studying theology and philosophy.
DR BEE HONG TAN
Dr Bee Hong Tan started has been practicing as a dentist for over 20 years. After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Malaya in 2000 she has worked in both private and public dentistry as a general dentist. She obtained her Australia Dental Council certificate in 2009 and has worked in both practices in NSW and QLD. Dr Tan made the move to WA in 2020 to join the team at Duncraig Village Dental.
Dr Tan loves all aspects of dentistry and is an ambitious dentist that enjoys keeping up with the latest technology and techniques in the industry. Dr Tan has a specialist interest in using laser and acupuncture to manage oral and sleep-related breathing disorders, non-nutritive oral habits and teeth wear management. She believes by combining modern technologies and with an airway driven approach, she is more capable of proving a holistic dental service for her patients.
Dr Tan is a calm and gentle person. She believes is putting her patients' interests first and enjoys talking about all the treatment options available. Her ability to improve her patients' oral health and overall well-being has been the driving force behind her 20 years in the industry.
Away from the practice Bee enjoys keeping fit and centred doing yoga, pilates, bushwalking, and meditation. You’ll also find her in her garden or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Dr Tan also volunteers with local charities to help those in need.
Julie Stoitis joined the team at Duncraig Village Dental early in 2005 after completing her Hygiene conversion course at Curtin University. Julie is a member of the DHAA.
Julie began her career in the industry as a Dental Clinic Aassistant before starting her studies at Curtin University. She successfully graduated from Curtin with an Associate degree in School Dental Therapy in 2002 and immediately began working in the School Dental Service. In 2005, Julie joined the team at Duncraig Village Dental and has loved working with the team ever since.
Julie loves interacting with patients and getting to know them. She has a keen interest in treating periodontal disease and oral cancer. She also enjoys brightening her patients smiles with teeth whitening treatments. Julie is committed to providing high-quality dental care and is constantly seeking courses that will improve her skills.
Away from Duncraig Village Dental Julie enjoys spending time with her son. She is also a keen photographer and enjoys travelling.
Naomi Rose joined the team at Duncraig Village Dental in Mid 2019, as the Practice Manager. She received her Cert 3 in Dental Assisting in 1988 and has adored working in the dental industry ever since. Naomi has been nursing, reception, steri, lab assistant or practice manager for over 17 years now. Her passion for private practices has taken her from Brisbane QLD, to NSW to finally the last 11 years in Perth WA.
Naomi loves working with surgical extractions and implants. She picks up things quickly and loves to be hands on when helping the dentist out in the practice. She also adores working with kids in dental practice, especially easing their nerves and discussing what the dentist is doing as if they were little dental assistants. Naomi loves the variety in the dental industry, having the ability to calm nerves and have patients feel more comfortable and relaxed about coming back.
Outside of the practice, Naomi is an adrenaline junkie, a professional photographer and is currently building her own house, which she cannot wait to move in and have her own home photography studio. Her ideal weekend is chilling with wine, cheese, a good book or close friends.
